WiGrow, an engagement effort from the Vice Chancellor of Finance & Administration, is aimed to increase the positive impact of student employment through supervisor and student employee conversations. The WiGrow program provides each student with an opportunity to grow and recognize transferable skills they are acquiring through Housing employment. These conversations let supervisors and students talk about goals and progress to be sure you’re achieving your objectives. The Human Resources Department was looking to update their WiGrow materials to assist students and supervisors in their conversations, with examples of specific skills that their job contributes to their future career goals. Examples of those materials for multiple job positions are featured here.
